Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for issues related to incorrect size, color choice, or change of mind after ordering. Please review product descriptions, sizing guides, and color options carefully before placing an order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing error, we will gladly assist with a return. To qualify for a return due to damage or defect:

  • Contact Us: Please email us at info@reinforceher.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Provide Evidence: Include 2-3 clear photos of the damaged or defective area in your email, showing the issue in detail.

Once we receive and review your evidence, we will confirm the next steps for your return.

Unsuccessful Delivery

If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect address details or any other delivery issue, customers have the following options:

  • Reprint and Reship: We can arrange a reprint and reship the order for an additional charge.
  • Partial Refund: If you do not wish to proceed with a reprint, we may issue a partial refund.

Print Placement Tolerance

For DTG (Direct to Garment) printed products, a minor tolerance of 0.5 inches is allowed for print placement. Slight variations in print placement within this tolerance range are not considered defects and will not qualify for a return or exchange.
